As a complete beginner with Spanish and a non-language person, I’ve found Johanna’s teaching methods are very effective, using a combination of face-to-face (Zoom) classes, role-playing, emailed printouts of each lesson in advance, and frequent WhatsApp messages to reinforce and remind me of each lesson’s content. The emphasis on listening and speaking is very helpful to give me more confidence that I’ll be able to communicate verbally. Johanna is very patient and encouraging, and best of all, she makes the lessons fun too.
